Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By purchasing any service or digital product from Beyond by Bradda, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms exist to protect both parties and ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout your project.

Communication & response time

  • We aim to respond to all emails and messages within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • To keep all projects on schedule, client responses and approvals are required within that timeframe.

  • Delayed responses beyond 24 hours may result in your project being pushed to the back of the current client queue, which could affect the agreed timeline.

Payment terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This confirms your place in the schedule and allows project preparation to begin.

  • The remaining balance will be split as follows:

    • 25% due one week before the project start date

    • 25% due the day before project work begins

  • No work will begin until the deposit has been received. Final files, printed items, or access to digital designs will only be provided once full payment is received and cleared.

Digital products

  • All digital downloads (including templates, guides, manuals, prospectuses, and certificates) are non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of instant-access products, no exchanges or returns will be offered.

  • Please double-check that your chosen products are correct before purchase. If you experience any issues accessing your files, contact support@beyondbybradda com for support.

Custom projects & timelines

  • Project timelines will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Timelines are dependent on prompt communication and content submission from the client.

  • Delays in providing required content (e.g. images, text, branding details) may result in postponed deadlines.

  • Rushed work outside of the agreed timeline may incur a rush fee (discussed on a case-by-case basis).

Revisions & approval

  • Each package includes a set number of design revisions (outlined in your invoice or service breakdown). Additional changes beyond this will be charged at a set hourly rate.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to check spelling, grammar, and all final design elements before sign-off. Once approved, Beyond by Bradda is not liable for any errors that were missed.

Ownership & usage

  • All design files remain the property of Beyond by Bradda until full payment is received.

  • Clients may use final approved designs for personal business use only (e.g., training courses, in-person learning, or private student access).

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publish any designs online or through digital platforms unless you have purchased the appropriate Digital Resale Rights add-on. This includes, but is not limited to, PDFs, eBooks, online course portals, and student downloads.

  • Digital Resale Rights must be clearly outlined and paid for in advance to legally permit online selling or mass distribution of training manuals.

  • Violation of this clause may result in legal action.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, Beyond by Bradda retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials for marketing purposes.

Late payments

  • A late payment fee of £20 per day may be applied to any outstanding balance not paid by the due date.

  • Access to any design files or printed materials will be withheld until all payments are cleared.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you wish to cancel your project, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work or digital downloads under any circumstances.
